[VFOSSA] 7 phần mềm (112) của MIC

Chào các bác,

Em đã đưa 7 phần mềm của MIC[2] cần đánh giá lên google code[1] .

Các bác có thể clone repo (sang github) chẳng hạn.

Em đã xóa một số file (quá to) nếu ở dạng binary có thể download.

Công việc tiếp theo của em:
0. Đưa ra tiêu chí đánh giá PMNM (mới) (sẽ hơi khác so với trước đây).
1. Review đánh giá chuẩn mở.
2. Đưa ra khuyến nghị (để 7 phần mềm trở thành FOSS thực thụ :D).
2.  Tạo patch cho phàn 2 nói trên.
