Dear my Valued Guest,

Vietnam Government and the World Bank (WB) are jointly preparing the 
“Vietnam 2035” for the Prime Minister with one separate chapter about 
STI which is highly related to start-up ecosystem in Vietnam. Therefore, 
in order to ensure the authenticity of the report, WB will organize a 
meeting session with the theme about current start-up ecosystem and 
innovation situation in Vietnam, with VSV as the Keynote Speaker. We 
would like to invite you, the start-up leaders and experts in the field 
to participate in this event, contribute your understanding, opinions 
and comments to help WB’s delegation gain a better understanding about 
Vietnam start-up. Your contribution in this meeting are likely to 
influence significantly to the authenticity of WB’s report.

This meeting session will be a good opportunities for you to raise your 
own voice, attempt to influence Vietnam Government in making reasonable 
policy changes or new policies and regulations to support start-up 
market and innovative businesses. Moreover, it will be change for us, 
startup and investor to communicate directly with World Bank’s team, who 
are actively supporting for Venture Capital and Start-up in Vietnam.
