Thông tin và Truyền thông. Hội thảo là sự kiện chính thức hàng năm nhằm mục
tiêu tạo điều kiện trao đổi thông tin và phát triển ứng dụng phần mềm nguồn mở
tại Việt Nam cho các tổ chức, cá nhân. Mỗi năm hội thảo có một chủ đề với thành
phần khách mời đa dạng bao gồm các cơ quan Nhà nước, các doanh nghiệp CNTT và
các trường đại học. Hội thảo đã được tổ chức liên tiếp 8 năm (từ năm 2011) và
