Nhiệm kỳ III của VFOSSA (2017-2020) đã kết thúc. Mặc dù đại
dịch<br>
COVID-19 vẫn còn, song VFOSSA vẫn quyết tâm sẽ tổ chức Đại hội
IV trong<br>
năm nay (dự kiến cuối tháng 11/2020).<br>

Thực tế hoạt động của VFOSSA trong 3 năm qua đã chỉ ra nhiều
vấn đề và<br>
bất cập. VFOSSA cũng đang đứng trước thời cơ và vận hội mới.
Việc cải tổ<br>
hoạt động, xác định lại mục tiêu, sứ mạng, tầm nhìn của VFOSSA
phù hợp<br>
với bối cảnh mới của đất nước là nhiệm vụ cấp bách và là nội
dụng quan<br>
trọng nhất phải được làm rõ trong Đại hội IV sắp tới.<br>

Để khởi động công tác chuẩn bị cho ĐH IV, với mong muốn phát
huy trí tuệ<br>
tập thể của mọi hội viên cho vấn đề quan trọng này, nhân ngày
SFD 2020,<br>
Thường vụ VFOSSA quyết định tổ chức một sự kiện gặp gỡ hội
viên trực<br>
tuyến gọi là "Tọa đàm: Tương lại VFOSSA" cụ thể như sau:<br>

- Đối tượng: tất cả Hội viên VFOSSA.<br>
- Phương pháp tổ chức: Online meeting trên nền tảng Jitsi do
Liên minh<br>
Comeet tài trợ. Với những nơi có đông hội viên (Hà Nội, Tp
HCM) và điều<br>
kiện cho phép có thể tập trung tại 1-2 điểm cầu với thiết bị
phù hợp để<br>
giảm số kết nối và tăng chất lượng dịch vụ và có thể giao lưu
theo nhóm<br>
sau Tọa đàm.<br>
