<p>Cuộc tọa đàm chiều thứ sáu vừa qua (18/9) đã có hơn 20 thành viên
VFOSSA tham dự dưới sự điều hành của PCT Trần Kiêm Dũng. Hầu hết
mọi người đều có ý kiến và tất cả đều với tinh thần xây dựng và
mong muốn VFOSSA tiếp tục phát huy vai trò của mình.</p>
<p>Tôi xin gửi kèm đây biên bản của cuộc tọa đàm do PCT Vũ Thế Bình
đã ghi lại được. Tôi có sửa chữa và bổ sung một chút.</p>
<p>Điều thống nhất chung của các ý kiến là:</p>
<p>- Mặc dù còn nhiều thiếu sót và hạn chế song VFOSSA có vai trò
tích cực với cộng đồng và hội viên, nên tiếp tục duy trì và đẩy
mạnh hoạt động hơn nữa để đáp ứng kỳ vọng của hội viên.</p>
<p>- cần tìm ra mô hình tổ chức hoạt động để dung hòa được lợi ích
và mối quan tâm của 2 khối DN và cộng đồng (nhà phát triển cá
nhân, người sử dung, chuyên gia nguồn mở, sinh viên, các cộng đồng
PMNM, ...) và để phát triển bền vững.<br>
</p>
<p>- Đây là vấn đề khó không chỉ với VFOSSA, song không phải không
có lời giải. Chúng ta hãy cùng nhau phát huy dân chủ đề xuất ý
tưởng, gợi ý các mô hình của các cộng đồng PMNM trong và ngoài
nước mà các bạn đã từng tham gia để cũng nhau tham khảo, phân tích
xem có thể tận dụng được gì, đúng tinh thần Nguồn mở. <br>
</p>
<p>Trước tiên chúng ta hãy công khai các ý tưởng của mình qua email
trên lists của VFOSSA và cũng thảo luận. Tôi sẽ tổ chức ngay một
cuộc Tọa đàm khi có một ý tưởng được nhiều người quan tâm.</p>

dạng slide và share cho mọi người có thể vừa đọc vừa nghe để
tăng hiệu quả thông điệp. Những nội dung quan tâm của Tọa đàm
gồm có:</p>
<p>- Đánh giá của bạn về hoạt động của VFOSSA trong thời gian gần
đây (tích cực, hạn chế)</p>
<p>- Đánh giá của bạn về vận hội, thời cơ với Nguồn mở hiện tại và
tương lai</p>

Nhiệm kỳ III của VFOSSA (2017-2020) đã kết thúc. Mặc dù đại
dịch<br>
COVID-19 vẫn còn, song VFOSSA vẫn quyết tâm sẽ tổ chức Đại
hội IV trong<br>
năm nay (dự kiến cuối tháng 11/2020).<br>

Thực tế hoạt động của VFOSSA trong 3 năm qua đã chỉ ra nhiều
vấn đề và<br>
bất cập. VFOSSA cũng đang đứng trước thời cơ và vận hội mới.
Việc cải tổ<br>
hoạt động, xác định lại mục tiêu, sứ mạng, tầm nhìn của
VFOSSA phù hợp<br>
với bối cảnh mới của đất nước là nhiệm vụ cấp bách và là nội
dụng quan<br>
trọng nhất phải được làm rõ trong Đại hội IV sắp tới.<br>

Để khởi động công tác chuẩn bị cho ĐH IV, với mong muốn phát
huy trí tuệ<br>

- Thời gian: 16-18h ngày thứ sáu 18/9/2020<br>
- Đối tượng: tất cả Hội viên VFOSSA.<br>
- Phương pháp tổ chức: Online meeting trên nền tảng Jitsi do
Liên minh<br>
Comeet tài trợ. Với những nơi có đông hội viên (Hà Nội, Tp
HCM) và điều<br>
kiện cho phép có thể tập trung tại 1-2 điểm cầu với thiết bị
phù hợp để<br>
giảm số kết nối và tăng chất lượng dịch vụ và có thể giao
lưu theo nhóm<br>
sau Tọa đàm.<br>

Chúng tôi mong muốn qua cuộc Tọa đàm sẽ nhận được đóng góp
của các bạn<br>
về những bất cập trong hoạt động của Thường vụ, BCH, Chủ
tịch, Ban thư<br>
ký, điều lệ, qui chế của VFOSSA trong nhiệm kỳ này. Quan
điểm của bạn về<br>
mục tiêu, sứ mạng, tầm nhìn của VFOSSA trong giai đoạn mới.
Phương thức<br>
tổ chức, điều hành thế nào là phù hợp, hiệu quả và khả thi.
Ý kiến ngắn<br>
gọn, có thể chỉ tập trung vào một vài ý với tinh thần thẳng
thắn, nhìn<br>
thẳng vào sự thật và mong muốn VFOSSA tốt hơn.<br>

Thư ký sẽ thông tin chi tiết cho các bạn về các thông số
truy cập phòng<br>
họp và chương trình dự kiến qua mail và trên website, FP của
VFOSSA<br>
trong những ngày tới.<br>
