Ý tưởng hay đấy, bác cho phương thức làm đi, thực ra trên Sở tài nguyên 
thông tin cũng có hết, vị trí cây số mấy, nằm đường nào cây gì, đã trồng 
bao nhiêu năm, .... chỉ có điều họ có cho mình ko, nếu họ ko cho thì 
mình làm thế nào ?
